Abi to govt aaye bhee nahi hay uski. Abi besabray kiu ho rahay ho meray bhai? Haan agar 4 saal tak aysa na hua to phir bilkul shauk se post karna. And do qoute me one time when he said key "hum drone gira dain gay". He always suggested that he will talk with US to work out a solution for this. I would appreciate if you can provide me a proof when he catagorically said key N will shoot down the drones.

We're talking about a coward NS here  He won't dare say anything against USA in that tone.. He said we'll request US and will try to convince them to stop drone attacks.. More like begging them to please stop the drone attacks, please... :omghaha: And these clowns call themselves LIONS, fuking loosers..

Legitimacy? Well, as long as you are persuaded that it's a fruitful policy - By the way, at which point , by what criteria, will you decide that perhaps the best way of killing off TTP and associated Islamist is best accomplished by Drones, For instance, if the US agree that it will be the Pakistanis who will take credit for Drone strikes, will that allow you to reconsider?

simple. when the ownership of such strikes comes to government of pakistan!! either by us calling the shots at the US command centres or us owning the drones ourselves..

.
Yes if they don't take it through KPK then nothing can be done... But you're assuming there is only one supply route, there are two.

nato+supply+routes.jpg

The Kabul Supply route can be blocked. At least KPK people won't facilitate the enemies of Pakistan, if the other provinces want to continue their anti-Pak activity they can. PTI can't do anything about it.
Its 450 kms from kandhar to kabul, 8 hours journey but still achivable for the NATO, right? Which means no even kabul ,s supplies will be availible? & the blocking isnt possible?
So that its an official declaration from PTI that, NATO & its allies are enemies of pakistan?
Does PTI has the mandate, for this declartion on behalf of Whole pakistani nation?
& if whole of this chest thumping of PTI may bring more intense , & a larger set of drone attacks on kpK. A ultimate rain ! Thn what will be PTI,s response a walkout In NA more mecia statments?:rolleyes:
With total ban on IK to visit his sons in UK & no more donation dinners in US or CANADA?:frown:

The suspension was not dropped until Obama administration made an unconditional apology to Pakistan in 2012.
Unconditional apology for what? For the Salala incident? Nope! No one apologized. They just expressed regret. There's a world of a difference between the two.

A few days later after the incident, President Barack Obama personally phoned President Asif Ali Zardari to express his sorrow over the deaths of the soldiers while stopping short of offering a formal apology.

Experts say Pakistan can now ask US to stop drone attacks

PESHAWAR: Legal experts say Pakistan is now in a better position to ask the US government to halt the drone attacks in its tribal areas in the wake of the verdict given by the Peshawar High Court (PHC) declaring the drone strikes as blatant violation of the country’s sovereignty and human rights.

They believe the recent drone attack that killed Waliur Rehman, deputy leader of the outlawed Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), has diminished the chances of talks between the incoming government and the Taliban.

On May 9, the PHC division bench of Chief Justice Dost Muhammad Khan and Justice Musarrat Hilali declared the US drone strikes in Pakistan’s tribal areas as a war crime and directed the federal government and the security forces to ensure halt to these attacks in addition to raising the issue at the UN Security Council and the General Assembly.

Senior lawyer Qazi Muhammad Anwar told The News that US drone strikes were not only against the international laws and the UN charter, but were also violation of the country’s sovereignty. “It is high time the military and civilian leadership sit together and convey a clear message to the US to stop the drone attacks and find an amicable solution to this issue,” argued Qazi Anwar, who is former president of the Supreme Court Bar Association.

About the PHC verdict on drone attacks, he said though it was a good decision the US could veto any resolution at the UN seeking an end to the drone strikes so it would be better if the country’s civilian and military leadership could find some solution to this issue and put pressure on the US to stop the drone attacks.

Fata Lawyers Forum (FLF) President Muhammad Ijaz Mohmand also hailed the PHC decision declaring the drone strikes against the international law and sovereignty of Pakistan. “We have been opposing the drone attacks since day one,” he said, adding the Taliban leadership could have reached peace agreement with the next government, but the killing of Waliur Rehman dashed all hopes as the TTP withdrew its talks offer.

In compliance with the PHC decision, he said the government should first ask the US authorities to stop the strikes and if they don’t do that then Pakistan should shoot down the drones.

Deputy Attorney General Mohammad Iqbal Mohmand, a representative of the federal government, had told the bench that there was no agreement between Islamabad and Washington to allow the US to carry out drone strikes in the tribal areas. He had said the drone attacks were a violation of the international law.

The bench ruled that in view of the established facts and figures with regard to civilian casualties and damage caused to the properties and livestock, the US government was bound to compensate all the victims at the assessed rate of compensation in dollars. The bench also ruled that in case the US authorities didn’t comply with the UN resolution, whether passed by the Security Council or by the UN General Assembly, Pakistan should sever all ties with the US.

We know that drone attacks are carried out with the complicity of pak government and army that kill innocent people aswell as those whom some consider as terrorist.

Pakistan should either protect people of fata or end its claim to this land, if you can't look after it then you don't deserve it.

.
Dr. Mazari.. the one and only in PTI.
We long for the day... too long, hope its coming and Indian agents in PTI would not insult Dr. Mazari again.
