I don't see the need for the urgency PTI leaders & its supporters have in pushing for an early resolution of the current crisis. Neither do I understand the feeling that somehow long march was & remains the only chance to achieve the fall of this government. 1/N
There is a huge ground swell of support for PTI right now based on the conspiracy narrative but the feeling that it is only temporary and will be going away is totally rubbish. You have three separate streams of externalities/pressures that will lead to the demise of this gov 2/N
1. The Conspiracy narrative of putting in place a coterie of corrupt thugs who have only their interests at heart is not going away. It will only strengthen with time as these incompetent buffoons make a mess of things and remain busy in doing away accountability measures 3/n
2. The second stream is the energy/commodity super cycle that is coming our way at full steam. Fuel prices may end up at PKR 230 and Electricity above PKR 40 per unit by June end. Other Commodity prices following a similar pattern. 4/N
This will have a 100 times more impact than any conspiracy narrative. People's disposable income specially the vocal middle class's is going to be devastated and no amount of Govt ads in Dawn & Jang is going to alleviate that. 5/N
You can buy a thousand Fahd Bosnias or Sethis but when people will have 30-40 % of their income wiped off they wont be happy about it and they will associate the incumbent turds with their sorry plight. 6/N
3. The 3rd factor that will destroy the coalition is the weak footing of the coalition ( with a majority of 1 seat ). PPP is not going to take the blame for PMLN's incompetence or the coming inflation bomb. 7/N
So in such a scenario where an unprecedent disaster is coming our way why do you want to do something that not only endangers the road to economic stability that is the foremost priority & also risk coming into power in the midst of a full blown economic crisis 8/N

Now what needs to be done instead of brainless long marches and NOW or NEVER statements is that PTI to keep the energy alive & movement going by opting for weekend jalsas in all major divisions one by one. 10/N
Imran needs to go and sit in every division for 3-4 days organizing the party structure in that region and assessing ticket holders. That is what PTI needs. Party reorganization and ground work not aimless long marches that have never derailed a govt. 11/N
PTI is staring at a near certain majority after 7-8 months of this Gov and is willing to sacrifice that on a gamble for immediate elections with this NOW or NEVER spiel. Please come out of the spin. Focus on the Long term both for country and party's sake. 12/N

The main issue with Pakistan is if the establishment supports a powerful independent Pakistan then their master countries are offended and they make economic, military supply, assets threats.
What can Pakistan answer be? What is the solution? Noone answers this question.
IK made commitment to go Malaysia but over one phone call he had to change his mind, he made policy of being neutral and anti war but Pakistan master countries wanted Pakistan to give anti Russia statements, this time he didn't listen and was removed.
You cannot be independent and powerful when your nation and people are corrupt, when they are sell outs, when you rely on foreign nation loans to run your country, when coming to power depends on wealth.
