We as people must break free of our slave mentality and reliance on western media. We as Pakistanis must encourage and nurture citizen based journalism to promote narratives, we have the pulse and feel of the situation on the ground - better than any outside observer that will embellish their OP ED to paint a desired picture.

Absolutely. It is however the elephant in the room. The same Western powers that put so much effort and energy in painting Imran Khan as the devil are today absent when he is projecting power on the streets. It is so obvious and pathetic. As per info, IK have cut the so called "King Makers" who said that we will accept you whole heartedly if you comeback again to it's size. They no longer enjoys the entitlement of being guarantors - it may prove a decisive moment in history of Pakistan. Ensuring free and fair election and winning 2/3 majority is next huge task for IK now otherwise it will go back to business as usual.

Can’t say the same about myself. Armed Forces as an institution, don’t revolve around a Single or a bunch of top guys.

New leadership of Armed Forces will have to work very hard to uplift their lost reputation.

I am sad to say that Pakistanis are cheap. Even generals with 500000 men and nukes under their command have no integrity or shame. No courage or sense of responsibility.
