PTCL is the most crap rip off ... I am having issues of frequent dc and the problem is with the exchange... I hav tried 10 complaints ... even a man came and checked and said he will update the exchange but he never returned... now I feel entitled to default on my PTCL bills... the only reason i didn't want to switch was bcz (unfortunately) PTCL is still the fastest of the lot on offer.

It is just like building Metro for making news splash while your schools and hospitals are in pathetic condition or non existent. PTCL's infrastructure even in major cities suck and can't provide stable 4MBPS. Yet they come up with this crap of 100 MBPS
