I don't know. It just works. It sometimes get blocked. I can't access YouTube by giving URL in URL bar. I search it in Google then click on the link in search. It worked for me. Maybe you can also try.

Don't tell this of my secret to PTCL / PTA or they will ban this website on my computer too..

Omg I've been doing this for a while now... thought nobody knew this trick. When it gets blocked, reloading the page a couple of times magically fixes it for me. You don't have to google every time you want to open youtube, just bookmark the link that once worked for you.

Dude, they can only ban the sites, ******** themselves can not be banned. So don't be alarmed.

Some ISP have vpn and their users have access under some limitations. Like youtube works in my home laptop with chrome only at win7. But not work anywhere in my office laptop with win xp in same net.

We can still use proxies to download ******** its no big deal its just annoying to be forced to use proxies every time i want to download ********

btw have you guys ever noticed that when you download ******** the ip address is changed by ********/vuze from 111.111.111.111 to dynamicip111111111.abcdefg.com
because i noticed that once i was downloading some x-rated stuff and one of the peers in the peer list was from a gov.pk domain and one time it was from a edu.pk domain
