Why is this strange? They have the money, they have way more young people than Germany and they seem to prioritize this as a political goal. This could happen.

The economies of Germany, Japan, S Korea and France are built on STEM. That's their thing. Saudi's economy is built on selling oil.

And by the way, no, Saudi does not have way more young people than Germany. Quite the opposite.

You're wrong this time. Like I mentioned before, in case of Saudi Arabia having all this educated people does not necessarily lead to success. They already have a highly educated work force but I don't see major improvements until now.

you cant do u turn in just 15 years and in arab mentalic it will be very hard to be regular to live like king to work 2 hours a day and get every thing free
