Time has told about the number of ships designed and built in India - and time will tell - of the many more we are building very confidently in India. Worry not, english_man.

Modular construction, no changes to the design after construction, a design that's very similar to the previous generation, development of major weapon and defence systems and other subsystems being completed, etc should make the construction faster.

Though IN strategy of not placing unnecessary number of missiles in its boats looks economically but is it perfect? I am looking for these answers. Can anybody explain in brief?

Armed to teeth is not followed but space allows future installation of newer systems.
Perhaps it's a challenge of weight balancing versus efficiency. As such your point Sir, is correct pointing out the numbers as Kolkata itself has definite more space for talking in a larger payload.

Perhaps this indicates may be a secret black project for ships hence space left for future installation..

But compared to some other competitors who can have quad pack missiles increasing the numbers substantially IN ships are far more traditional in loads and are under armed vs western ships.
