Shenlong（of AVIC） has a domestic competitor（of CASC） and we don't know who will end up being the winner。

It is nigh impossible to compare Shenlong（or its competitor）with X-37B since we have no idea about the specs of either。

Just look at those monitors。They belong in the stone age。

In other words，the projects in question started years ago。
