not exactly, the most she can extend her sphere of influence is the royal family. from all other power that attributed to her only 2 of them matter and one last time exercised in 1708 by Queen Anne and the other in 1830 by King William IV.
she also have the power to declare war and command armed force but with that power come the power to gave that power to another government member and since many monarch before that power is given to prime minister upon his appointment
