It will not make any difference unless modi have popular support of his people who brang him to power. I don't think there are any positive views in indian minds related to Pakistan neither they seems to be interested in dialogues right now.

Yes they did all that and are doing that. Regardless a war is not the answer because it involves nukes. No state wants total annihilation and mass graves. Talks are the only way now unless India does something completely ridiculous and as foolish as to trigger a real war.
