Having per capita GDP of $1000 doesn't mean that each capita has $1000 in pocket, neither it means capita's income is $1000 - PCGDP is not a measure of individual income.

Assuming you are correct, how does it negate my statement? More is the per capita GDP more will be the individual income. Aren't they directly proportional?
