Governor doesn't need to be elected member - So, PTI can appoint any of it's non-elected person, I guess that much you should know.

I personally think governors should come from non-elected PTI members and most probably that will be the case.

Wining by election when you have simple majority is easy, but when loosing couple of seat can shake the government than it's not going to walk in the park. Anyway, I do think this rumored list can be wish list of someone not the actual list.
