Well friends i have been thinking about this subject for quiet some time as of late so here i go OK its about birth control after seeing the amount of poverties word wide on TVs countries that i have visited or have been & believe me one of the worse sites to me is "CHILD POVERTY" ! OR "CHILDREN LIVING UNDER POVERTIES" ! now some people justifies this act of producing children with out caring to or thinking about there future by bring in religions custom,s culture,s traditions & other things so lets try to keep it religions custom,s culture,s traditions & other things free please because if a person offers five time's prayer its a very good thing so he/she must be appreciated for it however if a person produces children when he/she cannot guarantee the child's welfare good quality upbringing like for eg education , health facility good nutrition's , other necessary daily life utilities etc & throws the children's into poverties, hardships then read my word's IT'S A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY ! of spoiling a life much worse then murder because poverty kills a child slowly the child dies a hundred death's before he/she actually passes away as a victim of poverty in my thinking that is a bigger crime and sin then murder. & no philosophy or theocracy's religion should be allowed to become a scapegoat route to commit that heinous crime against humanity bottom line . so what is your's opinion on that and how can this problem be tackled please participate in this thread.

3. Are poor people committing a crime by having children? I dont think so, the reason is because in most places and nations people are poor because of poor governance.

Well, if you take a big knife and stand in front of a six year old child and tell him "your fate is worse than death because you live in poverty, you would rather die than live like this, please allow me to plunge this knife into you" Would the child say yes? The answer is no, the child is not indifferent between death and life in poverty, in fact it prefers to live in poverty rather than dying (and im making an extension, being in existence as well). So your wrong unless you argue the child is being irrational.

have sex as much as you want no problem as long as it is done only for human physical needs or for sexual entertainment but not for producing children that should be done only when you can afford to give the child a healthy upbringing got it if you cant afford a good upbringing for your child then you should not have a child. no i did not make the laws sorry but yes it is a crime nonetheless reasons that i have already given i will give you the reasons again so here i go again it is not a crime to have children but it is only not a crime when & only when you can afford it (to have a child or children & have the economical means & securities to give them a healthy upbringing) otherwise yes it is a crime ( or a wrong thing to do point to be noted) because if a person produces children when he/she cannot guarantee the child's welfare good quality upbringing like for eg education , health facility good nutrition's , other necessary daily life utilities etc & throws the children's into poverties, hardships then read my word's IT'S A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY !

first of all i did not say kill a child with knife go ahead & commit murder's you are totally wrong you are twisting the topic but got caught red handed and i deny your twisted allegations upfront what i said what producing a child with out having the money to secure his upbringing & pushing the child into poverties is worse then murder reason for my & by the way it is by any means a very rational thinking how simple by spoiling a life and that also an innocent child's life( please dOnt kill the child that is wrong just don't give birth to a child if you cant afford to give the child a healthy upbringing & basic materials

1. Mmmmm, lets start by castrating you.

2. Poverty is not caused by people having children, nor will stopping people from having children end poverty and it is inhumane to arbitarily prevent people from having children based on their socio-economic factors when the underlying ineptness on the part of the government that plunges people into poverty is not addressed.

The point that I am driving is that children who are born into poverty value their existence more than not being alive because if they didnt they could choose to end their lives, the fact that people are poor doesnt mean that they shouldnt be allowed to live and by extension poor people should be allowed to procreate. The argument that you are propagating (without realising) is the discredited views of Thomas Malthus (which only applies in a society characterised by two factors of production land and labour without technological progress which is totally inaccurate).

Your argument also carries strains of the just world syndrome, that the world is just and therefore everyone in difficulty is in it due to their own fault and therefore they deserve to be punished.
