The Ottoman empire smashed the East Roman empire, the Hungarians and many more. The only reason why there is Islam in European countries like Albania, is because of the Turks. The Ottoman empire even went to Vienna. It is literally impossible to fit all the stuff the Ottomans done for islam and the world; but I will give you few examples.

Aryans have everything to do with Iran and Iranians. Look at the Behistun inscription where Dariush the Great talks about his Aryan line of race. Iran was used long before the shah - during the Sassanids - and Iranians were talking about other countries as anairya:
