Tibet is part of China ,not even one government deny it.but Kashmir is a disputed region.there is no formal country border there.

tibet is part of india occupied by china.. you know china has said that tibet is part of arunachal. Since arunachal is india, tibet is also part of india. further all tibetan leaders and prime minister are also in india.
