It was a previous order not to sacrifice in public, just to ensure hygiene is maintained...
If you talk about Hindus, lot of Hindu festival are also banned like jalikuttu was banned, order against use of crackers in Diwali after 10 pm.
Even against Durga Puja , dahi handi is banned
So do think above Hindu and Muslim in anything...
Is it bad to ask to sacrifice with hygiene??

Our country our rule and if you attach word "secular"with killing animals then something is loose in your head.

Secular means equality by laws to every countryman regardless of their faith/caste etc in my theory. This ban is on all community including Hindus.

Dude then you've no idea how things work... In TN and Karnataka, i still see animals being sacrified in the Temple, being butchered in the street for meat. So Does the rule applied to a single party ???

No crackers after 10PM is a Pure Joke..... I used to see people busrting crackers till 2AM in teh mornign in Bangalore While the police in cars used to watch and chit chat.

And if the laws is to made for stop killing animals then i will follow it and criticize if temple or mosque doesn't follow it in the name of religion regardless of religion.

We have done what we used to do. Hindus stay off the streets on their own. If they want we can give them some of our prasadm. Lol.

There is already regulations around this in many states / cities. How loud a cracker can be and how long you can burst them. This was due to pollution concerns.

There are regulation around it too. You can write a FIR against anyone doing it. People --in theory-- will have to take permission from municipal corp.

Depends where you live. In Chandigarh we were able to get a FIR against a guy running loud speakers illegally and doing sat-narayan katha loudly.

Ban it completely, even if you allow them till 10, people have already done enough damage .
and i already mentioned it... It doesn;t work.. people in Bangalore last year were bursting crackers till 2PM while police watching them, if this is the case of Muslims, i know Hindus and Police will use that as a chance .
