It absolutely will be. The modern day AR is excellent in pretty much every aspect. It being unreliable is an overexaggeration of the highest extreme. I see no reason why it wouldnt be.You have to understand Ar platform will not be successful in the subcontinent.
No it’s not. AR was designed as a competition rifle not a weapon for war. Any war veteran can tell you that. It Jams, 5.56 round is weak to bring a enemy down in a single shot. Infact Iraqis were able to take 3 and still mange to get back up. High maintenance, weak caliber rifles aren’t suitable for combat. The modern day AR is excellent in pretty much every aspect.
Those are common myths. Modern day AR platforms jam no more than AKs. 5.56 vs 7.62x39 is a matter of debate, both are intermediate powered rounds at the end. Not so sure about your Iraq claim, i severely doubt you could take 3 well placed rounds of anything that isnt a .22 (even then maybe) and be able to ger back up. And no, your modern day AR does not jam very often if taken care of. Thats just sensationalist bull. Matter of fact is that the modern day AR platform is one of the most customizable and can excel at any given scenario if modified accordingly. AR platforms arent only in 5.56 btw, can be configured in 7.62x39 or 7.62x51. Have some time on the latter, not much about 500 rounds or so. They work just fine. Id also say its much easier to mount accessories on old school ARs than old school AKs. Not sure why you claim it was designed as a competition rifle, if so then why do so many militaries use it.No it’s not. AR was designed as a competition rifle not a weapon for war. I hope they dont appear to be cynical in this matter. on the flip side it will be a newer system compared to G3 and AK, though not vetted as well.Nothing like being in an ambush and having a gun that wouldn't fire lmao.
Establishment will get the shaheeds it wants by hook or by crook.
retrospectively AR is the best rifle design. because of its ability to move with the times. sadly same cannot be said for the AKM design. it had to be redesigned to keep up with modern times. Those are common myths. Yes it was designed as a competition rifle. Designer wife was a competition shooter and he wanted something lightweight with less recoil (1950 era) therefore he came up with AR design. Later it evolve. US military adapter it much later during Vietnamese war. Those are common myths. I know genius it's bufferless AR-18Yes and no. It’s not an AR15 platform.
Wow, you had to get all worked up? Relax and have a nice day.I know genius it's bufferless AR-18
Ackchually it's past 1amWow, you had to get all worked up? Relax and have a nice day.
No, it’s a new rifle. Only reason pistol grip and Selector switch look similar because it’s was a requirement. It’s easier for soldiers who already trained on M-16s to switch and complete their new rifle qualification. Other than than it’s a totally different rifle inside.Sorry to break it to you, Sig MCX is also an AR platform.
Can someone please do a image search and try to identify the nice people in the picture please ?
