Actually, I was talking about BMWs, but he showed Mercedes or some other car to prove his point. That's it? "Wrong on all counts" without proper facts backing anything up? Sounds like IK talking. No, No, No judge there is rigging even if you can't find it. I lost so it is definitely rigging. The Martians flew in a secret Spaceship, took over the voting stations, casted fake votes, waited till the results and flew away back to Mars. And they had the support of everyone and their dog in Pakistan!!
At least the didn't tell the kid to drag his opponents and their families out of their homes and punch them, or conduct violence and disrupt the peace.....or go get high in a sit in inside Islamabad and spread violence, while drinking, doing drugs and using prostitutes brought from Lahore and the great KPK to keep the youth "young"!!! While the country loses billions in business, economic activity and in reputation.
You really want to talk about "cheap" attitude???
Common man, are you smoking some fishy stuff?? Mercedes isn't designed to take an RPG hit. It was probably a low level home made material like an IED or something. Not real military grade. German engineering is great but a car doesn't turn into a tank. Plus the way terrorists have attacked in Pakistan many times, even larger buildings can't stand a truck or a van laden with explosives. A van or car laden with explosives can easily take out 20-40 cars within a specific radius. Thus the extended security detail, as it has to cover a wider area in case an attack was to happen.
You can keep arguing about it but you are away from facts and now it's just your personal political will against the "King NS". If IK was in power, it would be the same. Under a civilian government, the PM has the authority to press the Red button first or issue a final order on it in case of a war. So he will be protected as such.
BMW can actually take an RPG hit if I remember correctly.
This person is comparing Pakistan material to german tech: BMW Security Vehicles : Your benefits
BMW has 30 years of experience and they actually have major R/D in this field. They even train the drivers, among other things. This isn't what most Pakistani companies will do, look up google images, slap chunks of steel and call it a secure vehicle.
"it is the first vehicle specifically designed to protect against the world’s most widely used firearm, the AK-47, while at the same time offering drivers the everyday flexibility they need. The BMW 7 Series High Security safeguards high-ranking officials and corporate executives against attack using armour-piercing munition and explosives."
Plus S500s were getting old (I think 5-10 years old). It was time to replace them, due to warranty, change in tech, integrity, so forth.
