No it's not difficult to grasp ........ it's very easy for us unlike you .

That is why our rape crime rate is much lower than many countries including yours .

@noksss Title of the thread is wrong..... He never said don't question daughters.... The essence of his speech was, Parents always worry about their daughters, and they always question them, where they went, with whom they went etc etc..... But do they ask the same when their son go out? If you question your son the same way, probably the rapes wont happen, as the guy who commit rape is some one's son...... (this is the overall meaning of his speech, there may be errors in the phrases used by me)
