Pakistan does not have embassies in parts of Africa, S. America, Eastern Europe and Central America. Throw in a lot of tiny countries. That adds up to 100 countries

But then again does that really hampers anything ? Pakistan is not seeking any global ambitions, nor it has the capacity to do so. So having multiple embassy will only lead to further costs of foreign ministry staff, which is good for nothing atm.

Nor do we have big economy like India to support the broadbase diplomatic relations. For good part we have weel established ties with developed western world. And until recently we have some deals with belarus and poland, And even Nigeria where went onto build the capacity of their air force> So we dont have to have embassies in all of Africa, We have good terms with Libya, egypt and Nigeria. These both country are quite significant in whole of Africa

Geographically Pakistan is too far away from us. And we don't really have lots of political connections with you guys too.

There is friendship among the populations towards each other, but our relationships, apart from some military cooperation, seem to be all about it.

There is a reason our politicians are meeting politicians of Greece and Europeans, US and Russians far and far more than those of Pakistan, because their impacts on our economics, politics, cultures are far bigger than the footprints that Pakistan leave on them.

So I think he is being factually correct. Emotions alone don't create political and economical relationships. It is generally geographics that decides it and thus "geopolitics".
