This is not how democracy works. First of all horse trading should not happen. Those who defected their votes must be null and void and if opposition is able to prove more than the desired parliamentarians then PM must go. I am cent percent sure if Imran would have gone gracefully he would have garner more votes in next election. You cannot let the Nation suffer because of your ego.

Now arguements have been made in parliament and Speaker may reject no confidence in true letter and spirit under SC Order. Speaker can excercise its power

Constitutional limits cannot be breached in parliamentary affairs. If the SC intervenes here too, it will be because of the legal limits defined as per the last day of the NVC vote. These arguments of parliamentary independence wrt to the use of Art. 5 to reject the vote and dissolution of parliament have been rejected by the court, and that's not surprising IMO, constitution is pretty clear here, Art. 69 does not exist outside the scope of the rest of the document and is defined by the constitutional limit as per Art. 67.

A good point which the fanbois totally disregard.
Imran violated the constitution on April 3 and he seems to be violating right now--utter contempt of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
BTW, Fanbois: When the same judiciary and the Establishment kicked out various PPP and PMLN govt, crushed MQM, crushed all other nationalists, and contributed to Imran's rise to power in 2018, it was All Okay??? Supreme court has not power over National Assembly , article 69 of Pakistan Constituton

**Their Saturday session was merely a "Opinion" , consulting session which was not requested in first place, I believe National Assembly Speaker said "Thank you!" , for opinion but we did not ask your Opinion. In a very respectful manner
