The changes the opposition needs to make they will go through with it if they are in power. This is why no matter what, IK should not concede power. IF this really is a time for the new 1940 then conceding power is not going to help. The street power won't have the same effect as back in the day.

As per Sabir Shakir, once session is started today, the court's decision does not stop it from going on for days or even weeks due to ongoing speeches/debate etc.
So he say, vote not happening today will not be considered contempt of court.

Yes, this is possible legal way to delay actual NCM voting. But unless the dissident MNAs are brought back, that will only prolong the crises facing Pakistan. It's been already too long of a crisis.
