Imran Khan is not one for Protocol, it’s embarrassing, but the other leaders will understand it wasn’t an intentional insult. It just looks bad. His team needs to brief him on these things, he has a lot to think about at these meetings and his aides need to brief him on these formalities. He should just apologize and move on.
