they will not declare outright war on you for you to use your rubber gun nukes....they make your country a living hell without actually declaring war on you....they have that capability....

for examples, you can then see growing voices of jiyo sindh and cia support to BLA.....declaring pakistan kashmir as illegal, etc etc....

They have already done that, so what more can they do other than officially declaring war. Remember, Pakistan is not the only player in this region and those other players know very well that after Pakistan whose turn it is. So, they are not going to sit and watch, for their own sake they will make sure that Pakistan survives the anglo-american and indo-zionist onslaught.

Do you think CIA was sitting idle all these years in these regions? And do you think the government of Pakistan does not know what the CIA has been doing? CIA has been trying its best all these years to do what you said they would do. So, I don't think Pakistan worries about it anymore.
