F-22 at 180 and F-35 at 1000+

Hahaha. Man, you're joking or what.
And why do you think phase out of 150+ jets will take only 5 years. USA can't make 500+ F-35 in 5 years.

not joking F-22 production line was closed 7-8 years ago after 180 odd F-22s were manufactured due to
high cost and F-35s will be replacing both F-16/15/A-10s and current order of USAF stands around 1500 likely to be increased to around 2000 check yourself online.

Yes but USAF will likely restart production soon, it's their only 5th Generation air superiority fighter jet, just wait till Su-57* reaches 150+.

Yes but USAF will likely restart production soon, it's their only 5th Generation air superiority fighter jet, just wait till Su-47 reaches 150+.

you mean Su-57, F-22 production line can be opened yes but more likely not and F-35 production lines are already nearing 100 planes an year manufacturing(likely 150 F-35s will be produced an year in 2020 decade) rate so 500 are possible in 5 years.

Peace time aircraft production rate per assembly production line in China is about 24 aircraft, and which is about 25% of war time rate.

Thus, on one production line for specific type, 24 J10C fighter jet, 24 J16 Strike fighter jet output per year is minimum number. J20 has been on low rate production of about 6 to 8 aircraft per year since 2016.

This year J20 will be fitted with a new domestic engine, thus production rate is expected to go up incrementally each year from 2019 to 2025. From 2025 full production rate of 24 aircraft per production is expected. Rumour has it that there will be 4 production lines for J20, which means about 100 J20 per year from 2025 onwards.

F35 is a joke. No matter how much USA has, will still lose in aerial fight...

It is a matter of US$50 Billion question !

Unless they develop another air superiority 5th generation jet in that time which is cheaper to use, if the Su-57 or J-20 produced units surpass 150+, I think USAF will have no other choice.
Trump faced a wall of opposition to get a few billion $ for his wall, 50 billion dollars is not a small sum, firstly the USAF itself opposed the re-opening of F-22 production because this will re-direct their allocated budget from existing programme, secondly the Senate and Congress will definitely oppose the suggestion.

In the very unlikely event that they re-open the F-22 production line, the limited budget allocation from Congress's approval will affect the allocation for the development of 6th generation fighter jets and the B21 bomber programme. And the Navy, Marine and Army's budget allocations will be affected too.

F-35 may have some problems but is relatively cheap compare with F-22, $50 billion for 194 F-22 does not include contingency cost over-runs and maintenance support, and is $258 million for one F-22. Since USA is facing the threat of recession, no sane congressman or congresswoman will approve it. Even the mad orangeman might not like the idea.
