From April 2020 Indian troops breaking agreement by advancing pass the LOC and building up roads and bridges, setting up tents on the Chinese side trying to unilaterally change the status of the line as you can see from the video.

And then in June you can see huge groups of Indian troops with weapons cross to the Chinese side.
