1. undue delay in investigation
2. refusal of participation by the Taiwanese Team
3. vid can be readily available but witheld by the pinoy "government" . In other similar incidences
such as China vs japanese or Taiwanese vs japanese, such vids were released to the public within 24~48 hours
4. point 3 can be applied to the "ramming" accusation
