And how, pray, are the Chinese going to attack the Philippines? Send their derelict WWII naval ships to invade it from the sea? How many troops would be required to carry out this op against a large country like the Philippines, all of 300,000 sq km? How will they be ferried across the sea? How about supporting arms?

And more importantly, how about the logistics (Ammo, food supplies, spares, weapons, medical, casevac, water and so on) of conducting such an op overseas? China's is not an expeditionary force just yet and thus lacks the capability of conducting large scale ops across the wide expanse of the sea. Thus, that Chinese bozo's threat is an empty one. As empty as the heads of most PLA/PLAN generals!

And then, Philippines is designated by the United States as a major non-NATO ally. Thus, any attack on it will be met by a befitting response by the US of A. The Chinese Naval armada would hit the bottom of the South China Sea before they can say 'Han'!!

It does seem that the Chinese Generals have finally lost their marbles!

Our government has been working on diplomatic terms with the intruders since day 1 when the likes of vietnam, the pinoys etc attempted to violate the accord. these kids are just playing nasty games on China by siding with outside parties - (india is also guilty of this!). We have been asking for putting the disputes aside and looking for co-operation all the time!

wrong. Chinese ships radar detection radius is even higher than US ships. there is no comparison to your rag tag Indian navy that's more comparable to African tribal canoes.

BTW we don't play baseball in India. And league teams are mostly national team players with 1/2 local player that's all. But we have a lot good player in habitual section too. And India sport as a career is considered BS. No wonder of our performance in OL.

Actually no most of Indians are good at obeying trafic rules. But some like to jump the signals. That's dangers but hell of fun if you don't got killed

Yes and this rag tag navy has an experience of operating an aircraft carrier since 1961 and by the year 2015 will be operating 3 aircraft carriers.

Oh cm'on ! Its common sense that they are going to attack Philippine on the Spratly Islands ... Not on the mainland ! Derelict WWII ships ? Reading BR , are you now ? ... Besides , there are other ways to punish a country ... Chinese 2nd Artillery Corps stands ready for that ... The inventory and the arsenal are huge ...
