The station posted by OP is most likely from Pindi and some days old while you are likely posting fresh pictures of some from Islamabad. We know that the only drainage system that works in Pakistan is from Islamabad. Otherwise, every city of "Badla Hua Punjab" after 20+ years rule of Ganjaas become "Paris/Venice" with a rain of day or two.
