I'm not mixing both. My main argument wasn't even about the courts. Again I would like to add that in a normal democracy courts aren't responsible for catching corruption. My main argument was that in Pak the system isn't working properly, it let slip many corrupt politicians. If u have anything to argue against that to show me that the system is working perfectly and NAB has been doing its job catching everyone who is corrupt then go ahead and quote me, presenting ur argument. Otherwise don't waste my time going on tangents.
The system is only good as people. At the end, it boils down to application and execution. There is no such thing as flawless system, and not even during the time of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his companions (R.A). So we make do with the given system that is only good as people.
