Seriously, UK and Pakistan is now in same category ?
Compare Pakistan with other developing countries.

Also, I think taxes in UK are waaaaay waaaay too high. And only now am I hearing about the capital gains tax in uk from you....CGT is at an extremely high level if it's at 18% and 28%. Pakistan has if I remember correctly 10% CGT but there are conditions.

As far as accountants being able to lower tax liability...what about the small/medium guys ?

I compared to UK as I knew the system well. It is not in the same category. If UK taxes are way too high then have a look at Finland and Norway. We even have inheritance tax at 40%....
There is no CGT in Pakistan for property held for more than 12 months.

In UK the majority of the taxes are raised from Income tax (£167bn), VAT (£111bn), NI (£110bn) and other excise duties. Corporation tax raised only £41bn in 2014 when total revenue was £648bn although corporation tax is 20%. This is just to show how much these businesses really pay. Small/medium businesses do the same. The only people who pay tax the most are the employees and consumers.

PIA Have a Potential like

Emirates Population only few million, and Emirates Air line have more than 284 Planes.
then why PIA only have around 30 planes, with the country population around 200 Million.

Theft, Incompetence, Political hire and ex-military personals.

Buying new planes, renting route might solve some problem,but to put PIA on track they have to kick out all political hirings happened during 2002-2013.
