What's new

Petrol price likely to go up by Rs14.37 from May 1

Are you people crazy. Your people cannot afford these prices. What the hell is wrong with PTI loyalists.

These countries you listed, not only do have they have better valued currency but also some have way higher average incomes. Their people have this purchasing power.

These high prices will effect trading costs, industry cost and will also inflate market prices.

PMLN kai time mein tou koi koi comparisons nhi, bas mahengai ka naraa, orr ab... Har tarah ki justification.

I'm not any party's loyalist. Be it PTI, PMLN, PPP, MQM, APML, etc all are same $h1t.

Your post shows why the economy of Pakistan is in such a mess.

All poor countries who doesn't produce oil and has to import it have high rates. It is dumb govt's of Pakistan who have kept the prices so low that they are close to oil producing rich countries such as KSA, USA, etc. Driving is a privilege, not a right so those residential consumers who want cars should also use their own money to pay not only for gasoline but the tax on that gasoline. If they don't wanna pay, they can use the bicycle or public transport.

Everything is a privilege in Pakistan, but privileges are also there in a certain capacity.

That's the funniest thing I have read from anyone too. Just slap large prices, and say "not our problem."

By that logic, food is also a privilege in country. Does a country government have the ability to tax it to the extent their people are economically strangled? Yes. Should it? No.

Are you retard? Food is a privilege? Food is a requirement for life.

Food is a privilege in poor countries like Pakistan.

You are really damned privileged living in America to say all that bullshit.

Shows how disconnected from reality of Pakistanis these people are yet they will preach tabdeeli or increasing prices of everything further.

Pakistanis don't worry about the new IPhone model or the new car model that's out or the new nvidia graphics card or the new game that has come out.

For more than half the population, food, clothing and home is an issue.

Food is quickly becoming a luxury in Pakistan. Gas is already a luxury according to our federal minister.
