Peshawar zonal body announces Eid on Sunday

RHC comprise of mullahs appointed by govt .. Also religion should become state matter and must be controlled by GOP , we cannot let these people implement their wishes on people.

THEN my Question is keh jab woh forcast wale khud he Gawahi de rahe hain keh Chand paida ho gaya tha tu whats the fuss then ? Ab kisi ko diky ya na diky Chand paida tu ho gaya hai na ? Means Naya month tu start ho gaya hai na ?

And who told you that mosque Qasim ali khan is linked to Anp....Zonal committee of pesh is linked central comitee but central commitee didnt wait for decision and announced it on its own....

If moon is sighted in one city why can't eid be all over Pakistan? Saudi Arabia has an area larger than Pakistan and Eid is celebrated on the same day all over KSA, what is wrong with Pakistan?

I am not saying follow KSA or any other country but at least celebrate Eid all over the country at the same time?

If Pakistani scholars were in Russia we would have seen 16 (time zones) x 3 different days for 1st day of eid.

If KPK always sight the moon why don't the moon sighting committee send a member there also when sighting a moon?

If moon is sighted in one city why can't eid be all over Pakistan? Saudi Arabia has an area larger than Pakistan and Eid is celebrated on the same day all over KSA, what is wrong with Pakistan?

If Pakistani scholars were in Russia we would have seen 16 (time zones) x 3 different days for 1st day of eid.

secondly 18 witnesses r produced, now the deviated members of the zonal committee claiming that we were about to announce but the central committee announced before, two of the peshawar zonal members donot agree with this claim by the rest...

its a management issue...

next comes Blour outside the Halaqu khan's masjid and announce KPK shall observe Eid, then comes the Hazara denouncing it.. so in 6 of the districts of Hazara Eid shall not be observed...

Hundreds of telescope can't see the moon there but they always able to see it and gives shahadatain.

i really get angry when media says that whole of NWFP is celebrating eid while more than half of the districts don't even listen to what ANP or masjid qasim ali khan committe says.not only hazara but people of Dir, shangla , Swat, chitral and sourthren parts of NWFP don't care about what provincial government announces or what their committe claims.

1. How the Witnesses ends up in Qasim Ali Khan Masjid
There's a specific and Sharai procedure to follow... the witnesses aren't some rag tag druggies or criminals or miscreants. They are first presented to the local Masjid, the local Imam then calls in people from his community to get a feedback on his character etc... whether he's worthy enough in his mental condition to be called a Muslim... the elders and wise ones asks him different critical questions about the shape of the moon etc and then finally he gives an Oath on Qur'an. A slight doubt ultimately disqualifies him of being called as Witness. After immense investigation, he then is sent to make his way to Masjid Qasim Ali Khan along with the elders from the community and the Imam of that local Masjid with all the detailed information about the person his mental checks and character checks etc... this whole procedure is applied elsewhere too whoever claims he has sighted the Moon.

2. What Happened Yesterday at Masjid Qasim Ali Khan
There were 18 - 24 such persons from all across KPK presented to Ulema's... the Ulema's then forwarded their findings to the Zonal Royat Hilal Committee at Peshawar who are always linked with Central RHC... but as soon as Mufti Muneeb received the news that there are enough Witnesses that the moon has been sighted in different parts of KPK, he flaunted the news as bogus and false and went ahead to make his announcement without consulting his associates - that the moon hasn't been sighted, hence the Eid is on Monday.

3. What happened then
With such notorious attitude of Mufti Muneeb, the Ulema's at Masjid Qasim Ali Khan went on to the provincial Religious minister with their query... and when he assessed the whole situation, the decision was made in light of enough witnesses that KPK should celebrate their Eid on Sunday.

4. Why people from across Pakistan calls it a political move
Behind a doubt our people likes those mirch masala filled political news, and since the minister belongs to ANP and he made the decision on the request of Ulemas, ANP is being dragged in for no reason. What if the decision was made by PPP, PMLN, JUIF minister?

On a side note, the Met-Office reported the moon cannot be sighted on Saturday, if that was the case, then why did the RHC gather and feast on the tax payers money? Why was the whole excercise carried out if there was no chance of the Moon being sighted? They should either follow science or follow the Shariah... The RHC is confused and has no answer... on the other hand, Masjid Qasim Ali Khan has been following the Shariah way for a very long time and people tend to follow them... do they consider all of the testaments to be lies... is it that simple for those people to jeoperdize their after life by giving false testaments?

Because the people running the country are all thugs and the so called mufti just waits for the salary to show up in his account.

Someone ask the mufti what does Islam say about a ruler who is not able to provide the basic rights of a citizen; food, cloth shelter, education, safety, security and justice to the people.

Will he reply from an Islamic point of view or will he beat around the bush and twist and turn the issue to make sure he receives his salary at the end of the month along with all the allowances.

Anybody with any doubt about the Eid issue should watch this program. Its really sad that PTI has accepted this stupid Mufti Qavi who is clearly dumbfounded and has no logical response to any question put forth to him. He is just barking like a dog and letting no one else speak. Really sad to see this state of these so called Mufti's.
