Appreciation makes people better. The better examples you gave above must had an abundance of research, human and financial power backing it. Give the same to this Peshawar Student and expect a comparable result.

When people are doing on their own and you are not backing them, helping them or sponsoring their projects, would it not be better that you speak few words of appreciation instead?

These guys need appreciation & encouragements, they are students with limited budget there pockets done run deep... they came up with the best design they could with the limited avail resources...., instead of comparing .... a word or 2 of encouragement will futher boost there confidence....
