SO Mohajir Population must also be FIVE crores

So ARE all these Five crore Mohajir descendents well off

Most of refugees were Punjabis. The Muslim Punjabis settled in West Punjab while Hindu and Sikh Punjabis settled in East Punjab. The Urdu speaking Muslims from UP mostly settled in Karachi. The Muslim migration was 7 million out of which Urdu speakers were nearly a million.

It is often said that The cream of The Muslim population of UNDIVIDED India

I have used the term Mohajir as a general term for refugees from India
without going into their ethnicity and language

The figure of One crore Muslims going to Pakistan is more certain
because an equal number ie One crore Hindus and Sikhs came to India

Mr havizsultan is a big joke. In his parallel universe in Lucknow or for that matter in all of India Muslims live a perpetual lives of fear as second class citizens at the mercy of Hindus. He wants to believe that to feel good about himself since his ancestors made the biggest mistake of their lives by leaving Lucknow for Pakistan and now their grand children are paying for that grave mistake. He knows full well that those of his relatives who stayed back live a better and secure life here unlike the muhajirs in that terrorist playground that Karachi is. They don't even have basic facilities like 24 hour electricity supply OTOH even a tier2 city like Lucknow is soon to have its own metro train network which they can only dream of. Some of the richest persons in Lucknow are Muslims, from businessmen to builders and top bureaucrats. On top of that what muhajirs got was the identity that they are ashamed to disclose and that god forsaken green passport which is sure to raise eyebrows at any airport across the world and make one an object of suspicion.

I am from Lucknow and my family departed from Lucknow after 1947 which was the year of partition. We strongly believe in a Pakistan that is united and strong.

Do note that many people migrated from what is now unfortunately India. Its just that you don't hear their stories. I believe there is a problem of minorities which are not given rights in India and Pakistan escaping to other countries. Although the Indian media hides it well the problem is persistant in there too. We moved from lucknow. Both mother and father born there.
