To come back to the actual topic of the OP, the issue you're alluding to is one of the core reasons why I have a rather negative outlook on the world and why I believe we'll be headed towards a global disaster, in form of anarchy, bank runs and even civil wars etc.

The usual reasons to justify the abolition of hard cash, such as fighting money laundering, terrorism, bank robberies can be easily refuted by the damage caused by cybercrimes. This seems to be exactly the means the cartel is employing in order to wipe out the subsistence of blinded world population, thus causing the conflicts mentioned before.

What the aftermath will be is something I'll leave you to imagine.

Since several Chinese forumers have confirmed to me that the Chinese central bank is controlled by the Chinese government and the City and Wall Street has no say, it begs the question why the Chinese gov. would want follow the cartel's goal? Is it because of the anxiety that if China doesn't follow the cashless society, she might lose out an important development, is it cluelessness à la sheeple following the herd or is there something more sinister as I see nothing, NOT ONE BIT of positive argument to go for a cashless society. It's one thing to have a complementary paying method such as mobile payment or credit card, but it's an entirely different matter to be forced to pay electronically 100 %.

Yes, indeed, at times one may feel lost amongst the stupidity of so many people. Even people who I thought were educated and quite bright have disappointed me. By the end of the day, they were not educated but rather indoctrinated and conditioned.

What is the cartel's goal? If the Chinese government were to fully control payments and transfers, wouldn't it a disasters to the elites and cartels whose goal is to fill their own pockets and the shareholders?

According to some western conspiracy sources, the goal of the NWO is to control humanity and enslave all. By getting rid of paper currency they can track your every purchase, location, etc . Than again they can do that now. If you are a trouble maker, or rebel against their rule they could shut your account without your consent so you cannot do much to usurp their power.
The theory is flawed because I do not believe Anglo Saxon elites will share their ruling power with Chinese and other non white elites. Secondly, I have read conspiracy theories for over ten years but not much of anything has come true. I think China going to digitisation is for economic reasons rather than control.

What is your take on Ken Jebsen?

This might be because of the antisemitism accusations that led him to quit his job from mainstream media and become a freelancer. I don't think he's too PC though to be honest, as he's been quite vocal in his criticism towards Israel, Berlin allowing drone strikes to be carried out from German soil (Ramstein) etc.

Might as well have to check out the literature he recommends in each of his Me, Myself and Media episodes.

The issue is why would Chinese and other non white elites will agree on a single currency or rules that will most likely benefit Anglo Saxons only? Other powerful elites will definitely not want to play second fiddle to the anglo elites.

Chinese aren't real "communist" per say, the name of the party don't matter on how it governs, and I think soviets knew that hence the sino-soviet split. Remember the ancient silk road? Chinese been trading for two millennia before there was America.

Take a look at Song dynasty. As far as China being communist, it's in name only. The proper way to describe the current Chinese political system is constant changing to meet present and future needs.

Simply put, eclecticism, pragmatism, secularism, progressivism, meritocracy, societism, civilizationism, Confucianism, Daoism, dialectism .

About the digital currency, I think it will offer another option, not drive away paper money.

What's more important is whether People's Bank of China is owned by the people or not. If PBC owned by people owns digital currency, I am fine with that.
