Lol, i get my goat head chopped into pieces before cooking it, therefore it cooks better, and neither does mine end up looking like that.

Yeah, as long as it doesn't look like that floating in the soup, I might give the goat head soup a try sometime. Honestly though I have never seen it in a restaurant menu nor have I seen someone eating it where I live. I will ask my family about it.
