Disagree...all Bushs and Obamas can do is spread hate against nations to gather support and invade. That's it.
And that happens smoothly because the Middle East and Muslim nations at a whole are not united, hell, at times even support such invasions.
They invade, all our govs. can do is protest, but the venom is not there for them to see and we're too dependent on them even if we had venom, that's why we're easy targets

Yes it's a good idea I think. Just make it sticky and if someone violates the forum rules by mudslinging, personal attacks or calling each other with derogatory remarks. We have to issue infractions to keep reminding them about the promise they have just made.

wahabis , i think hold the quranic teachings more strongly than hadith -- however we pakistanis say that ''quran said to hold salath'namaz' '' but the method of the salath prayer is not in the quran , rather in hadith .. not to mention so many places in the quran where allah has ordered to follow the teachings of the prophet.. so pakistanis , generally take both the parts of islam together--- wahabism was a necessity in arabia so that the basic teachings dont get diluted and forgotten over the years.... however taliban are illiterate guys having no clue of what islam is and shouldnt be potrayed as wahibis let alone as muslims

pakistanis also hold sufi ism / spirtuality dearly -- there are different methods/different schools of thought varying in minute differences .. all tranferred by the prophet pbuh to hazrat ali saw

i am not a student of comparative religion and i am not a person who should / can discuss these aspects as ive only read the quran e translation and bukharee sharif 2/3 once in my lifetime -- and many of the people here havent even studied the quran once at all and they give their half baked ideas regarding sects/religion..it is pathetic

i dont know much of sects.. and frankly i NEVER CARED .. i remembers my first day in med school .. i had a form to fill .. which had many categories name/id/province.. aswell as caste ---AND I WROTE MUSLIM-- eventhough i had to change it afterwards but this is how muslims should think

Although threads like these can't change government policies toward each other,but it can change how people see each other in other countries.We are all Muslims,from different religious ideologies,but still we are Muslims,we believe in some basic things.and before all of this,we are humans
I've been really sad and sorry for all the fighting here,between Iranians,Arabs and Turks.I'm not saying we shouldn't oppose each other,but it shouldn't turn in to deep animosity and grudge.
Look at France and Britain and Germany,how sometimes their people hate each other because of some historical incidents,but how they stay united against a foreigner and support each other.We fight with each other and most of the times,destroy each other's views toward our countries.There are others who benefit the most of Muslims fighting and hating each other,making some Muslim nations enemies of others and vice versa.
At the end,i want to apologize to every single member whom my words has hurt his/her feelings or beliefs and i want you to forgive me.
