I wanted to suggest an upgrade on rating sys.

Although its not hard for one to distinguish b/w rated green and red numbers but it would be nice to have a post quality ratio next to it.

This may encourage posters to lean towards positive postings thus improving their ratio. This could also add another tab to forum members info, where there are tabs for most +ve, most -ve, most posts etc.

Just a minor thought.
