FATA resident should counter these PTM stooges themselves, I heard PTM gatherings in Karack (KPK) and Faisalabad (Punjab) was foiled and called off due to resistance from locals.

a) Checkposts to be setup on border and inside Afghanistan if it need to be done
b) Minimize disruption to life in FATA and merger with KPK
c) Financial assistance to IDP (Internally displaced 4 million due to war) , who lost their homes or business and special Comitee to make recommendation to develop a plan for their financial hardship
d) Improved mechanism , to help communities find out information if anyone is missing in community i.e if they were nabbed by Unknown kidnappers or they just ran away to live in new city. Sometimes people just leave to find work in new city



We did the whole operation in there becasue it was needed to fight Terrorism yet aid was reduced by USA and perhaps this is a fall out from lack of financial reimburesment to help IDP


The civilian Government never did a full study how the IDP were reintegrated back into functional society after Terrorist were kicked out of Fata region back to Afghanistan. The trouble makers did arrive across the border

• Nothing was shared with public by PPP Zardari government
  
• Nothing was share by PML Nawaz Government due to their business by court cases

Only thing I remember was that the communities were displaced and forced to live in Tents to escape a active Operation vs Taliban


May be we should have reached out to OIC fund for Zakat or something similar to help the Fata community. 3-4 Million people is a huge population which was relocated internally

~4,000,000 million people this is size of a large metro city in western world

" پاک فوج تم مرتد فوج ہو، ہم تمھیں نہیں چھوڑیں گے، ہم تمھیں قتل کرینگے " ۔۔۔ پسکین تحریک کے سرکردہ لیڈر کا بیان۔

یہ تحریک اس وقت پوری قوت سے پاکستان کی سلامتی پر حملہ آؤر ہو چکی ہے۔ بنیادی طور پر اس کا نشانہ تین چیزیں ہیں۔

الف ۔ دو قومی نظریہ یا مسلم قومیت

کسی ریاست کو برباد کرنا ہو تو سب سے پہلے ان نظریات کو نشانہ بناؤ جس پر اس ریاست کا وجود کھڑا ہے۔

ذرا اس کو سمجھئے!

1947ء سے پہلے پاکستان کا کوئی وجود نہیں تھا، کوئی فوج نہیں تھی البتہ ہمارے پاس ایک نظریہ تھا۔ پھر اپ نے دیکھ لیا کہ اس نظریے نے ایک پوری ریاست حاصل کر لی۔

1971ء میں ہمارے پاس ریاست بھی تھی اور فوج بھی۔ لیکن جب مسلم قومیت کے خلاف بنگالی قومیت کا نعرہ بلند کیا گیا تو پاکستان کو کوئی نہ بچا سکا۔
تب اندرا گاندھی نے بڑے مغرور لہجے میں کہا کہ " آج ہم نے دو قومی نظریہ کو خلیج بنگال میں غرق کر دیا "

آج پسکین تحریک مسلم قومیت کے مقابلے میں پشتون قومیت کا نعرہ بلند کر رہی ہے۔ فرق البتہ یہ ہے کہ انہیں خود پشتونوں کی طرف سے زبردست مزاحمت کا سامنا ہے۔

ب ۔۔ قومی سلامتی کے ادارے یا افواج پاکستان

پسکین تحریک پاکستان کی قومی سلامتی کے اداروں یا پاک فوج پر حملہ آور ہے۔ پاک فوج کو قتل کرنے کے اعلانات آپ نے سن لیے۔
یہ تحریک پشتونوں کو پاک فوج کے خلاف اکسانے کے لیے بہت بڑے پیمانے پر نفرت انگیز پراپگینڈا کر رہی ہے اور جعلی مواد کی تشہیر بھی کر رہی ہے۔
دلچسپ بات یہ ہے کہ اس مہم میں ان کو امریکہ، برطانیہ، انڈیا اور افغانستان کی بھرپور مدد و حمایت حاصل ہے۔

کسی فوج کو شکست دینی ہو تو اس کو عوامی حمایت سے محروم کر دو۔ منظور یہی کر رہا ہے۔ البتہ پاکستان میں ان کو سوائے افغانیوں کی کسی کی حمایت حاصل نہیں۔

ج ۔۔ پاکستان کی خارجہ پالیسی

پاکستان کا دنیا کے سامنے یہ موقف ہے کہ " ہم دہشت گردی کے خلاف عالمی برادری کے ساتھ ہیں اور ہم کہیں بھی مجاہدین کو سپورٹ نہیں کر رہے"

لیکن منظور اور اس کے حامیوں کا پسندیدہ نعرہ ہی یہ ہے کہ " دہشت گردی کے پیچھے وردی یعنی خود پاکستان ہے"

اور یہ نعرے وہ امریکہ اور برطانیہ میں بھی لگا رہے ہیں۔

یہ لوگ ٹی ٹی پی کے خلاف لڑنے والے زین الدین محسود شہید کے بھائی کی پاک فوج کے ساتھ تصاویر شیر کر کے دنیا کو بتاتے ہیں کہ پاک فوج اور دہشت گرد ایک ساتھ ہیں۔

یہ لوگ حافظ سعید کو دہشت گرد قرار دیتے ہیں اور سوال کرتے ہیں کہ اس کو پاکستان نے ہیرو کیوں بنا رکھا ہے۔

انڈیا اور افغانستان کی دہشت گردی کے سب سے اہم گواہ احسان اللہ احسان کو سرکاری مہمان قرار دے کر طنز کرتے ہیں۔

یہ اعلان بھی کرتے ہیں کہ اگر پاکستان کشمیری مجادین کی مدد کر سکتا ہے تو افغانستان ہماری کیوں نہ کرے؟
یوں دنیا کو پیغام دیتے ہیں کہ پاکستان "دہشت گردوں" کی مدد کر رہا ہے۔

عالمی بدمعاشوں کو کسی ملک پر حملے کے لیے اتنا ہی جواز کافی ہوتا ہے۔

فرق لیکن یہ ہے کہ پاکستان کے پاس ایٹمی قوت سے لیس ایک بے مثل فوج ہے اور پاکستان پر دنیا کی کم از کم تین بڑی طاقتیں انحصار کر رہی ہیں۔

پسکین تحریک پشتونوں یا فاٹا والوں کے حقوق کی تحریک نہیں بلکہ معاملہ اس کے برعکس ہے۔

سچائی یہ ہے کہ یہ تحریک فاٹا اصلاحات، فاٹا میں قیام امن اور فاٹا میں تعمیر نو کے خلاف شروع کی گئی ہے کیونکہ اگر یہ سلسلہ ایک دو سال اور چلا تو فاٹا جنت بن جائیگا اور افغانستان ہمیشہ کے لیے " پشتون کارڈ " سے محروم ہوجائیگا!

منظور پسکین صرف پاکستان کا نہیں بلکہ پشتونوں کا اس وقت سب سے بڑا دشمن ہے
