2-> All Pakistanis are banned to go to FATA, only watan card holder can go there --> Remove this ban. Partially removed
3 -> Remove land mines planted by TTP in many areas before Zarb-e-Azb, Removal started in some areas.
4 -> Stop abusing locals on check posts (they are not demanding to remove check posts, just stop the bad behavior, the guards had with passer) -> unpredictable, sometime good sometime bad
5 -> there are some 8000 persons that are abducted by army, they are not presented in any court. present these persons in front of courts, if they are guilty, punish them, if not, release them.

(round about 250 are released, without presenting them in court, which shows they were innocent and was illegally held by Army)

can you understand Pushtu language ? if yes then have you ever tried to listen PTM julsa ?

all the demands which you posted here are now out dated.. they are increasing their unwarranted demands day by day. and now they are also demanding that CPEC must be stopped until unless their all demands would not be accepted. i already quoted you their latest demands see my previous comment.

Yes, I am a Pashtoon, I do listen their jalsa, not Manzoor Pashteen but other leaders do talk hard. and this will get harder with time as Army and government continues to ignore the situation.

you are naive man and also new in this matter.
for security reason FCR cant be abolished in just one night. it will take time... and there is no solution except the merger of FATA with KPK.. after merger then there will be possibility to eradicate FCR system and implement judiciary system. and 2nd reason is that fencing the complete border.

I am replying to your post only because you tagged me. that mean's you need my "view" on your post so here it is.

why so ? have you read the FCR ? Bhai jao wuzu karo or 2 rakat shukraane ki nafal parh kar Khuda ka shukar ada karo kay aap FCR rule kay under nahe reh rahy. it should be abolished. and the current progress is that senate extended the jurisdiction of Peshawar high court and supreme court to FATA . which is the first step in this "right and much needed direction".

Security check posts pe Rawae'ye ka gila hay inhy. i faced the same thing in Peshawar last week. so it's like same in all Pakistan. so not a big deal.

why not ? My father had an operation in PIMS hospital Peshawar. 3 Children's one man (their uncle) and her wife were brought that night to hospital from some tribal area (don't remember the name). the children's playing steped on a land mine. one little girl lost her both legs while one little boy lost his right hand the other child lost both hands and legs. their uncle also suffered lot's of injuries so does his wife. kia qasoor tha bhai in bacho ka ? ye land mines un bacho ne bechaaye hay kia ? nahe na ? so why should they suffer ? someone stepping on a land mine and resulting in a blast is a norm in those areas lately. Thank god Army took this demand seriously and stationed another (brigade; i think) along with existing one to fast the process of cleaning land mines. which is good.

no. they are asking to bring those person to Supreme court of Pakistan. but still even these missing persons have thousands who are rightly picked up by Army. but maybe some only have suspession. so they are asking to bring those persons to justice through court. check the video in Post # 30.

Afghan refugees haraam khor should be kicked off from pakistan now.. they are the biggest reason to spread hates among paskhtoons. they do criminal activities and our Pakistani pashtoon brothers have to pay.

I stand 100% with the people of FATA , who have brought up valid points to request from Government and Military to help resolve their community issues which have been not looked after by local bodies

The arguments the man made are 100% valid

#1 Government is responsible to protect people, Taliban came from across border do checking or military action there

#2 Government should give the people money so they can start lives again after being IDP , their community have become beggars from being a hard working family of farmers and shop keepers and home owners to beggars. He said people from his community were never beggars , they were not rich but they used to have small farming or small shop to sell or some people use to drive vehicles for living now every thing has been taken away since they become IDP

#3 Why are they treated with 100 checkposts checkups and checking, checked every 10 meters ? Instead of checking at border ? They are not afghanistani they are residents of FATA which is part of Pakistan

#4 Why are there no jobs in their region they are havinge economic problems after the Military operation vs Taliban. He can't even start a small chicken farm due to lack of resources

#5 Why people in their community have gone missing ?

#6 He stated vigorously at lack of schools in his region

#7 He stated the Local authorities do not respect the people and treat them with neglect


#8 Anyone when they complain about bad living condition or lack of support the Politicians or people in control of government role neglect them
