Not feasible.
The entire idea is low cost migration.
Going via Dubai to India would rack up costs for Afghans, not to mention it would be not very difficult for Navy and CG to stop such vessels.

A sure fire route is from BD to India, but even that route is slowly getting harder as India is finally trying to clamp it down.

Sorry for offtopic but are Durranis Pushtoons or Persians? One of my father's friend is Durrani from Northern Balochistan, their mother tongue(as they say) is Persian but they are fluent in Urdu, Balochi & Pushto too.

I think Pakistan should grant citizenship for Afghans living atleast 10 years in Pakistan already, or those who are living less than 10 years but their childrens are Pakistani by birth. Also Pakistan need to purchase the Wakhan corridor or whole Badakshan province from Afghan govt(even if it costs billions$) & then build a wall @ Pak-Afghan border. If govt of Pakistan don't have enough money ask overseas Pakistanis, i' am sure donations will solve the money problem.

Durrani are the descendents of Ahmad shah Abdali.The founder of modern Afghanistan.

The Ex CM of KPK(Akram khan durrani) they are also durrani of Bannu though living for long time among banusi pashtuns they now claim to be banusi but in reality they are durrani/Abdali/Sarabani
