In previous hearing the counsels for Sharifs were directed to produce documents showing the value of flats. Today they have submitted documents attached with a not so clarified clarification -- these are the documents but Al Thanis owned them. Basically the fact submitted in IK petition has been endorsed by Sharifs themselves, the petition had contended the flats were purchased in 1993-96, documents submitted today say the same. Copies of registry and title of London properties (flats) were already submitted by PTI. In a nutshell, these documents don't add anything except the money paid for ownership. As for justice Saqib, he had served as federal secretary law during 2nd term of Nawaz Sharif as PM, so people do see a link. He is an upright guy and I think he'll remain independent.

I said the same. Flats are registered in the ownership of two offshore companies since their purchase. Point is whoever owns the companies owns the flats. Hussain today submitted documents which highlight the price/value of the flats which was not mentioned in documents submitted by IK.

You are correct! Question still remains intact how flats were charged in Al Towfeek case if Sharifs were not the owners!

Sir, I like your posts. They are funny. Every post on every topic just blames the other party of somehow having all the superiority no one can ever attain. Good tactics, shifts the blame entirely from weak proofs or cases built on horseshit, to "the other" having so much power that its imply silly to imagine. And somehow the "unseen" plagued your case. Sir, I have absolutely no skin in this weird, strange game. But even I am enjoying it. I think if you re-read this before posting, you'd have known that this is as fake as someone on here trying to be Mr. Trump. I don't know how many people fed lies and bull crap can actually believe its the truth.

The British courts don't use "US Dollars" as currency. They have their system and it runs on pounds. Just like a court in the US, would never use the British Pound as the currency to be used in legal cases running in the US system. It will convert those numbers from the British Pound to the US dollars and one tell one party to pay that fine in USD to the other. Similarly, anywhere in the world, including the UK, the legal system doesn't care or recognize the dollars, rupees or anything else. It fines or pays in GBP. So the court would've ordered a payoff in the Pounds if this was a legal document.

Now don't go Photoshop it further and correct it and repost. Oh man, there are some people on here who have absolutely no life!!
