That's the problem. No evidence has been presented. If anything, this case is being treated as grilling process. The accused party is being asked to prove its innocent rather than prosecutors are providing the concrete evidence.

If concrete evidence was presented, the case would have ended right away.

This is the law of global world. When you want the ruling based on the emotional rhetoric, that will be Law of Jungle. Until then, the system is civilized system that conforms the reality of the real world following the similar protocol which is 'innocent until proven guilty'. Because of that protocol, many innocents will be spared from false allegation without evidence as well. Otherwise, it will be chaos thus summing it up as 'Law of the Jungle'.

This article from " the news" confirms that the Sharif family owned the properties from 1993. PTI lawyers should follow up on the leads present in this article,

1. Get an attested copy of the London Court ruling for the 1999 case in which the courts ordered the Sharif family to pay the debts owned to Al-Tawfiq company.

2. Get the title deeds of the properties which shows the owner, date of registry and the purchase value.
This information can be gathered online from = https://www.gov.uk/search-property-information-land-registry

The above 2 documents will be enough to prove that the Sharif family have owned the properties since 1993 and that they have officially lied to the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
