How can JIT verify the ownership of two BVI entities? BVI laws don't allow unless there's a special agreement and why on earth government headed by the accused will let this information to make it to court?

In a single sentence -- Jo mawaad SC Sharifs see nahi nikalwa pai woh JIT kahan nikalwa pai ge khass toor per jab JIT members ke head Sharifs ke pawn hon.

NAB aur FIA ki jo investigations hui hain...aur uss main jo money trail hai..in flats ki....woh use hosakti hai.....against NS? NS se jab cross questioning hogi..tab...he has to answer on tht?

True that, ill gotten money used for terrorism can be investigated regardless of legal cover, BVI authorities will have to comply. But the question is the relevance of Sharifs' laundering to terrorism, more importantly such engagements are made between governments and I doubt government headed by a Sharif will ever engage BVI authorities on this particular matter.
