Agar use ho sakti hotien tau FIA ke report jo ke on the record the use ho jati, judges ne NAB reference ko open kerne ka order bhi nahi diya.

Agar JIT ka mandate sirf Sharifs se documents produce kerwana hota tau dynamics bilkul different hotay. Investigation nahi ho saktien, simple as that.

Pata nahi... Advocate aur pakora judge ki tu mujhe bhi bilkol samajh nahi aayi ke woh kia chahtay hain?? Maybe ab agar JIT kuch cheezein jhoot prove karti hai...tu woh disputed fact nahi rahein ge..and then maybe they can declare something?

Although Justice Khosa used the best approach in this regard and used statsments of sharif family against them, because their own statements cant be disputed facts
