Now they are being asked to proof the sources of these purchases

Companies dont belong to them it is not yet proven. What is till now is proven that those companies bought some property for sharifs. Thats all.

How many of you guys believe entire JIT report will be made public? I doubt entire report will be made public, most probably the findings and recommendations shall make it to public. @war&peace @PakSword @Farah Sohail @QatariPrince @Verve and others

offshore companies sole purpose is to hide the real owner...
be it isle of man.... luxembourg.. panama.Bermuda. British Virgin Islands. Cayman Islands.etc.

The line between whether shell companies are being used legally or illegally can get blurry. After all, shell companies are quite common. But certain actions – like engaging in fraud, socking away money for drug dealers or collaborating with terrorists – are clearly unlawful.

Review petition after the verdict is fine.. But not accepting the verdict is not possible IMHO.

They can file n number of petitions against JIT though "before the verdict", however, if they don't, and court announces its verdict, that will be end.. There is no option other than accepting the verdict without ifs and buts..

Bilkul sahi kia hai.. PMLN ko expose honay do.. They can't harm SC or JIT tomorrow so sending people there will only give a chance to PMLN to create a drama there..

To avoid any misadventure, and to not to give any opportunity to nooni goons/ toons, no one should go there tomorrow.. Let them attack SC if they want.. That will be the complete end of their era..

I know case very well.
There is only one person who can be accused and trailed and can be punished is samina durrani. Because she has a shell company registered on her name and flow of money can then be trailed.

Other's don't have any company registered to their name. And money trail will be useless unless until the Fornseca itself acknowledges it.
