I was listening to Fawad Ch in Arshad Sharif's prog.. He was tellin tht judges said thth next hearing of bench will depend on availability of judges.. Phr baad main bench ne kaha ke acha report tu 10th ko hi submit karein.. Matlab last JIT report will be submitted before the same 3 member bench..

Lekin ye jo judges ne bench ki availability wali baat ki thee.. Is se tu lag raha tha ke woh full 5 member bench ki availability ki baat karrahay thay.. Although ke baad main keh diya ke 10th ko hi report submit karein...Fawad Ch thinks ke ab ye CJ decide karein be..ke final report 3 member bench ke pass jaye ya 5 member bench ke pass? But CJ tu 28th June ko jaa rahay hain for umrah for almost 2 weeks.. Tu 10th ko CJ ..Justice Khosa hi honge..

Lagta hai ke 10th ke baad ek final hearing shayad ho..of 5 member bench..

Waisy Rauf Klasra is very confident ke unhein important judicial personality ne bataya hai...ke Justice Khosa aur Gulzar ke verdicts bhi count honge.. Maglab woh dono bhi bench main honge

Ye jo 3 judges wala bench h ye to implementation bench h JIT k liay. Jab final report submit ho jay gi to I think k 5 judges in report ki base pe verdict den gy kion k ye case us 5 judges bench m hi chal raha tha or bech m JIT banai gai ta k mazeed Investigation kr k isy mazeed clear kia jay.
Ab jab JIT apni investigation mukamal kr chuki ho gi to implementation bench bhi khatam ho jay ga or final verdict k liay usi bench k pass jay ga jis ne ye implementation bench banaya tha.

How do you people see this ?

He is just referring to the Moon calendar date, the 27th of Islamic month of Ramadan back in 14th of August, 1947. A country created in the name of Islam based on the two nation theory. Nothing strange here, Happy independence day all the same, even to those who are allergic to the idea.

Surely those two will be counted, we have been saying this from start.

There were five judges listening Panama Case, two have given their verdict, three asked for investigations. Now those two verdicts will be part of the final decision OR those two will be asked to decide again however this WONT make any sense as they were not part of JIT monitoring. They have given a verdict, un ka faisla mahfooz kr lea gya ha and will be counted in final verdict. Meaning, we need one of the three remaining judges to give a decision AGAINST NS!

This is not the worrying part really.

The concern here is, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT.

Suppose that one of the two judges also give a verdict AGAINST Nawaz Sharif and now the overall score is 3-2 AGAINST NS, what will be the next line of action. Do you expect NS to resign once the verdict is against him, SC will have to take that resignation from him, how will they do that? Get EC involved again? Wont that be too lengthy?

I have one possible scenario but will love to hear what you people have to say.

Won't be a lengthy process as per lawyers. It will take maximum 1 week after the court verdict.
