And lets tell them that they have full authority to demand information from any department without giving due thought to the fact that most of these departments are heavily politicized and their staff see the continuation of their service as being tied in with the continuation of this government.
Jab NAB main bhartiyan saari political basis par hongi toh woh khud apnay pair par kulhari kiyon maarain gay NS kay khilaf data day kar? The JIT's steps so far have all been very positive and it can be seen that there is a genuine effort being put in but no matter how hard they work, I am afraid that the SC has set up the entire thing to ensure that they can't accomplish anything. Khud jis case par unhon nay 1.5 saal lagaya hai aur faisla nahi diya, wohi JIT koh 2 maheenay main nimtanay ka keh rahay hain.

I have a lot of family members (from my mothers side) in Civil Services (DMG, Police, Customs) they are at very senior level but I have my friends (school and college in Lahore) at mid seniority level (SSP/DC) and everyone that I speak to say that's impossible for anyone to find 6 Shoaib Suddles - as it will take humongous amount of courage for a Government Officer of all failed institutions to against 4:

1. His own department
2. His own boss
3. Sitting Prime Minister
4. PMLN as a whole (as no matter what Punjab will be controlled by PMLN for next 10 years at the least)

So giving anything against Sharifs means:

1. End of a stellar career
2. Remain OSD or move out of Pakistan
3. Be ready for victimization by PMLN

And they absolutely feel that 3 judges passed their buck onto them.

And absolutely rightly pointed out by you; judges couldn't decide it in 1 year and want government servants / officers to do what they (Judges) didn't have courage to do in just 60 days.

Simple info from HB AG Zurich is enough to match the confessional statement of Dar and it proves money laundering - once that's proven- Sharif is proven guilty - why go Timbuktu route when it's as easy as 2+2?!?

Send notice to Muneer Kamal to appear before them and get info of $20million from Faysal Bank and dates and transfers of money from Karachi to London via Dubai and it proves Al Faysal Bank link and so on and so forth.

However.. SC should also clarify this point... When will it clarify this? Will we come to know abt it..just when the verdict will be announced?..tht whether their votes counted or not? SC should clarify this at the earliest.. Athough most probably their votes will count..however SC should remove all doubts regd this, clearly soon

Waah!!! Jo pehlay din se darr tha, lag raha hai ke wohi hoga.. Akhir "dawn leaks" report bhi initially 1 month main aani thee... Lekin woh matter bhi kahin 7 months main jaa kar "settle hua".. Ab dekhtay hain ke ye JIT kitnay months main settle karay gi issue ko.. Although i dont doubt intentions of most JIT members....lekin yahan delay kar ke matti pao karwanay ki bhtt examples aur tareeqe hain, with a very recent example of dawn leaks report in front of us... Koi instituition JIT se cooperate na karay..phir? Aur ab tu waisy bhi sab instituitions ne "dawn leaks" ke baad hawaaoun ka rukh yaqeenan dekh liya hai..tu koi instituition..is JIT se kiun cooperate karay ga? Dawn leaks ke settlement ne sirf dawn leaks ko nuqsan nahi pohanchaya...balke shayad panama JIT ko bhi hamesha ke liye "settle" kar diya hai...

Yes all the JIT members enjoy enviable reputations in their departments and are known as upstanding, honest and professional officers of the highest order. One of them, I have personally served under in combat and can personally vouch for.
However, the limiting factor here is not that the men comprising the JIT but the conditions set out for them by the SC.
