Why cant this bench do tht? Why cant judges ask NAB to provide documents? Why is a commission needed for tht? And who will tell, if NAB is providing correct record? Cant NAB forge documents? Its very much possible...

Also we cant rule out fire erupting..then what? I am telling you..commission will drag the case and will only benefit Sharif family.. Najam sethi was very happy, saying things are moving towards commission...

Babar awan was strictly against it.. The fact tht sharif family has owned those flats, and not provided any money trail is enough to prove money laundering

Its simple... Sharif family has owned those flats..and has not provided any money trail...isnt it enough proof, of money laundering?

PMLN has said that foreign banks don't keep record of more than 5 years, but what Qatari said was absolutely right. That's why judges were grilling Salman butt that PM said he has all the record..

It's not about lack of evidence with PMLN, it's that PMLN is showing its inability to get the record as the foreign entities do not keep them for so long..

I am saying..is tht PML n and its close associates want commission... This is what i was grying to say... So we can safely assume, tht who will commission benefit?

Unfortunately, I also think that even if commission is formed, UAE, UK, KSA and Qatar will say that they don't keep record of 30 years of transactions.

So yes, they are probably getting clean chit.. Bye bye Panama..

So..when PML N has already shown its inablity to show record/money trail fpr something they have already owned....isnt it enough proof of money laundering? Why commission needed? PML N has said today t they od t have money trail...and they have onwed those flats...now theres no need of further attesttaio. Of documents... Commissison will provide an opportunity to PML N to arm twist NAB and provide forged documents... PML N will have thousand tricks...

Simply, PML doesnt have money trail for something they have owned... This is enough proof of money laundering

CJP has said in another case that Current Political Leadership is trying to Protect Status Quo & doesn't want to finish, & CJP is also heading Panama Case Bench also, let's not lose hope... He might just surprise the Nation... Judges know Stakes are very high this time around...

They haven't yet decided formally. But above comment from Shah Mahmood shows that they are also going for commission. But the commission should be formed from within the bench that's hearing the case..

IK has said that they will discuss the matter and will inform the court on 09th.

Why has PTI taken a uturn again? When yesterday naeem bukhari said tht we dont want commission, in court and want judges to decide... As always, pto will again make a blunder, and we all will have to suffer because of tht

I think they are just thinking that what if court says that the whole case is based on downloaded documents that has no legal value...
